Il consiglio di amministrazione dell'Azienda autonoma delle ferrovie dello Stato e' presieduto dal Ministro per i trasporti e l'aviazione civile, e di esso fanno parte, oltre che i Sottosegretari di Stato per i trasporti e l'aviazione civile:
