AGGIORNAMENTO (18)


La L. 13 maggio 1978, n. 208 ha disposto (con l'art. 4, comma 1) che "Il vincolo perpetuo di destinazione gia' imposto sui beni di cui all'articolo 1 alienati anteriormente all'entrata in vigore della presente legge, cessa col decorso di dieci anni dalla data del perfezionamento dell'atto di vendita".
