AGGIORNAMENTO (5)


Il D.P.R. 29 dicembre 2000, n. 441 ha disposto (con l'art. 17, comma 4) l'abrogazione degli artt. da 12 a 29 e 33 decreto del Presidente della Repubblica 3 dicembre 1975, n. 805 a decorrere dalla data di entrata in vigore del corrispettivo regolamento di organizzazione di ciascuno degli istituti ivi contemplati.

AGGIORNAMENTO (6)


Il D.P.R. 2 luglio 2009, n. 91, ha disposto (con l'art. 2, comma 3) l'abrogazione del presente articolo limitatamente alla sua applicazione all'Opificio delle pietre dure e al Museo delle arti e tradizioni popolari.


Art. 24

Comma 1

Le Soprintendenze speciali al museo delle antichita' egizie, con sede in Torino, al museo preistorico ed etnografico e alla galleria nazionale d'arte moderna e contemporanea, con sede in Roma, sino a quando non saranno adottate nuove leggi sui beni culturali, conservano le attribuzioni stabilite dalle norme vigenti. Il D.P.R. 29 dicembre 2000, n. 441 ha disposto (con l'art. 17, comma 4) l'abrogazione degli artt. da 12 a 29 e 33 decreto del Presidente della Repubblica 3 dicembre 1975, n. 805 a decorrere dalla data di entrata in vigore del corrispettivo regolamento di organizzazione di ciascuno degli istituti ivi contemplati.

E' istituito in Roma l'Istituto nazionale per la grafica, con compiti di salvaguardia, catalogazione e divulgazione di beni concernenti la produzione grafica e fotografica.
In esso confluiscono il Gabinetto nazionale delle stampe e la Calcografia nazionale con le raccolte museali in essi esistenti.
Con decreto del Ministro, di concerto col Ministro per il tesoro, sentito il Consiglio nazionale per i beni culturali ed ambientali, si provvedera' all'ordinamento interno ed alla regolamentazione dell'attivita' del museo. ((5))
